Matthew is the GTM Lead for Government and Public Sector UKI at ElevenLabs, focused on supporting public sector organisations with AI voice technology initiatives across the region. Prior to joining ElevenLabs, Matthew spent several years at Asana and DeepL, working with enterprise and public sector organisations, including Central and Local Government and the NHS, helping teams improve communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency through technology.

Passionate about the role of AI in transforming citizen engagement and accessibility, Matthew works closely with organisations exploring how voice technology can improve service delivery and user experience at scale. He is particularly interested in practical, responsible AI adoption within government and regulated industries.
