Holly leads the UKGI (UK, Germany, and International Organisations) Public Sector Technology team, which covers all industries within the Public Sector, from Education, Healthcare, Not for Profit, to Central Government departments. Holly leads Solution Architects within each of these industries, additionally leading a team of Security Specialists.

Holly has worked in the Technology industry for over two decades, leading large teams to deliver technology transformation directly from within government (having previously worked in Local Government, the Home Office, Government Digital Service, and Department for International Trade), and on behalf of public sector customers from within the private sector.

Holly specialises in technology strategy, including GenAI, digital, data and technology organisation leadership, including early career talent, and engages with customers on Amazon’s Culture of Innovation.
