Kion Ahadi is Chief Executive of the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE), the government-sponsored body providing free expert advice on residential leasehold, commonhold and park homes across England and Wales. Since joining in early 2026, he has led LEASE’s transformation into a digital-first, insight-led public body, placing responsible AI and trusted information at the heart of how the organisation serves the public. He writes and speaks widely on technology, leadership and human-centred public services, and is the author of the forthcoming book Humanity Reimagined in the Age of AI.
