A Chartered IT Professional and published author in the knowledge graph domain, his experience spans Government, Defence, Energy, AgriTech, Life Sciences and Local Government. Joe has led multi-million-pound transformation programmes and large-scale AI delivery across Government, taking solutions from experimentation into secure, sovereign production and advising C-suite leaders and senior policymakers on responsible AI. Alongside his technology career, Joe has held executive responsibility in local government, giving him first-hand experience of the financial, operational and political realities of public-sector decision-making.
