Marco Daglio is a Senior Advisor in the OECD’s Governance Indicators and Performance Division, where he leads efforts to help governments harness innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven approaches to improve public sector performance and address complex policy challenges.

Previously, Marco served as Head of the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI), leading international work on public sector innovation and supporting governments in developing new approaches to policy design, service delivery, and governance. He also contributed to establishing the OECD’s Digital Government Practice and led digital government country reviews in a range of OECD member and partner countries. Throughout his career, Marco has advised governments on public sector reform, conducted technical assessments of public management systems, and supported governance modernization initiatives across OECD and non-OECD countries.
