Dan Smith is Director of Data & AI in Accenture’s UK Sovereign Transformation Services and leads its Sovereign Advisory team, developing Accenture’s UK supplier sovereignty assessment framework. A former University of Southampton Research Fellow who worked with ODI founders Sir Tim Berners-Lee and Sir Nigel Shadbolt, he has 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale data programmes and helps government and defence organisations build a Sovereign Data Layer for their most critical data.
